What to put in your first message
“Is a puppy available?” on its own takes three exchanges to answer. These five lines get you a real reply first time.
- Where you live — the city is enough, and it decides a surprising amount. Why the area matters.
- Flat or independent house, and roughly how much space there is. This narrows the sensible sizes immediately.
- Who is at home during the day, and whether there are children or other pets.
- What you think you are looking for — and it is fine if that turns out to be wrong. Most people change their mind once.
- When you are hoping to bring a puppy home, so we can tell you honestly whether that is realistic.
You do not need to know what breed you want. Plenty of people arrive certain about a size and leave with a different one, and that conversation is the useful part rather than an obstacle. How we work it out.

That is the address, but please fix a time before you set off. Visits and collections are by appointment rather than drop-in, so you get proper unhurried time with the puppy instead of arriving in the middle of something — and so somebody is actually there when you arrive.
We work with families across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and New Chandigarh, and people do travel from further out — tell us the distance and we will be straight about whether the trip is worth making.

Questions about getting in touch
Why has nobody answered my call?
Because one person answers this number and he is sometimes with a family, driving, or handing over a puppy. Send a WhatsApp message with your details rather than calling repeatedly — it gets a more useful reply and it does not get lost.
Do you have an email address?
Nothing is published here, because an address nobody monitors is worse than none at all. WhatsApp, a call or the form on this page all reach the same person.
Can I just turn up?
Please do not. Visits are by appointment so that you get unhurried time with a puppy rather than arriving in the middle of something else, and so that there is genuinely something to see when you come. Arranging a visit.
Will I be put on a mailing list?
No. Your details are used to answer your enquiry and for nothing else. If you ask us to let you know when a particular type of puppy is available, we will — but only because you asked.
I bought a puppy from you. Can I still get in touch?
Yes, same number. We stay reachable through the settling-in weeks and beyond, and we would far rather hear about a problem early than find out about it much later.
