Families come to us from across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and New Chandigarh. What follows is an honest account of what that actually means — because “we serve your city” is a line every national listing site uses, and for most of them it means nothing at all.

What “we cover your area” means here
It means people from that area enquire, talk to us, come and meet a puppy, and collect it. That is the whole of it. There is no branch in your city, no local agent and no van.
We say this plainly because the alternative is what dominates search results for every town in this region: national listing sites with a page for each city, no presence in any of them, and a puppy that could be anywhere in the country. If a website claims to serve forty cities, it serves none of them.
One operation, in one place. Everything runs through one phone number and one person, wherever you are enquiring from. That is a limit as much as a selling point — it means you may wait for a reply, and it means the puppy is where it is rather than where you are.

Housing differs a good deal across the Tricity, and it changes which size of dog actually works. This is the part worth reading before you settle on a breed.

Chandigarh
A mix of sector houses and apartments. The independent kothis are among the few homes in the region with genuine room for a large dog.
Where a Standard Poodle or a Standard Goldendoodle can be a fair choice rather than an optimistic one.

Mohali
Heavily apartment-led, with a lot of working couples and young families in flats of a fairly consistent size.
Usually points to a Miniature Poodle or a Mini Goldendoodle, and society pet rules are worth checking early. Puppies in Mohali.

Panchkula
More houses with usable outdoor space than Mohali, and generally quieter streets for walking a dog.

Zirakpur
Dense new-build apartment corridors, and a lot of first-time dog owners in compact flats.
Smaller sizes almost always, and more first dogs than anywhere else in the Tricity. Puppies in Zirakpur.

New Chandigarh
Newer township development with larger units, so more room than the Zirakpur or Mohali average.
Often a genuine choice between the middle and larger sizes, and worth checking which services are nearby yet. Puppies in New Chandigarh.

Further out
Kharar, Patiala, Ludhiana and beyond. People do travel from these, and it is worth a conversation first.

These are generalisations about housing, not rules. Plenty of Mohali flats suit a bigger dog than the average, and plenty of Chandigarh houses have nobody free to walk one. Your routine decides more than your postcode does. How we work it out.
Practicalities
What distance actually changes
Across the Tricity these are short journeys, which is a real advantage. Further out, a few things are worth planning.
- Seeing the puppy. If coming in person is awkward, we do a live video call first so you are not deciding from photographs. How that works.
- Visiting. By appointment, and we confirm the location when we fix a time. Arranging a visit.
- Collection. Collecting in person is what we recommend wherever it is practical, and a short drive is far easier on an eight-week-old puppy than a long one. Collection day.
- A longer journey. Tell us in advance and we will talk through how to break it up rather than leaving you to work it out on the day.
- Afterwards. Distance makes no difference to this part — we stay reachable on the same number through the settling-in weeks.
We do not advertise a delivery service. If travelling to us genuinely is not possible for you, ask and we will tell you what handover arrangements can be made for your location, rather than promising something in advance that may not suit.

Questions about areas and distance
Do you have a branch in my city?
No, and we would be wary of anyone in this business who claims to. There is one operation and one phone number. Families travel to us from across the Tricity, which is short enough to be straightforward.
I am outside the Tricity. Is it worth contacting you?
Yes, but tell us the distance early. We would rather say honestly that a long trip is not worth making for what we currently have than let you drive for hours and find out at the other end.
Does it cost more if I am further away?
The puppy costs what it costs, wherever you live. What changes with distance is your own travel and how you plan the journey home, not the price we quote you. What moves the price.
Which size of dog suits a Tricity flat?
For most apartments, a Toy or Miniature Poodle, or a Mini Goldendoodle. A Standard-sized dog in a compact flat is a decade-long compromise for the animal. Toy or Miniature?
Do you deliver to Mohali, Panchkula or Zirakpur?
Collecting in person is what we recommend and ask for wherever it is practical, and across the Tricity it usually is. If it genuinely is not possible for you, ask and we will tell you what can be arranged for your location.
