What this website is, and what it is not
Short, and in plain words. The important point is the first one: nothing on this website is a contract. Everything that matters about a specific puppy is confirmed separately, in writing, before any money changes hands.
This page is not yet complete
Everything below about the website is accurate. What is missing is the formal legal detail — the registered entity, which courts would deal with a dispute, and the governing law. Those are marked in section 7 and will be added rather than guessed at.
Nothing here is legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need a formal position on anything, take proper advice. For anything about a puppy, call +91 77919 01085.

Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract
This site describes the kinds of dogs we work with and how buying one works. It does not constitute an offer to sell any particular animal, and reading it or sending an enquiry does not commit either of us to anything.
- No money is taken through this website. There is no payment page, no checkout and no card or wallet integration of any kind. If a page ever appears asking you to pay online, it is not ours.
- No accounts. There is nothing to log in to and no password to set anywhere on this site.
- Availability changes. A puppy shown as available may be reserved by the time you enquire. The list carries the date it was last checked for exactly that reason.
- Price and terms are individual. The total for a specific puppy, and the reservation terms, are confirmed to you in writing before anything is paid. That written confirmation, not this website, is what governs a purchase. What it should contain.

General information, not professional advice
- Nothing here is veterinary advice. What we write about health, vaccination, exercise and diet is general background. Your own vet decides what applies to your puppy, and this site says so repeatedly rather than putting dates on things it cannot know. How the records work.
- Nothing here is legal advice. Where we mention municipal rules, society permissions or tenancy, we tell you who to ask rather than what the answer is — because those differ by address and change over time.
- Sizes and temperaments are typical ranges. Crosses in particular vary, and no figure on this site is a guarantee about an individual dog. Why a cross is a range.
- We correct things. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it rather than leave it.

The words, photographs and video on this site
Worth being precise about, because not all of it belongs to the same person.
- The written content is ours. Please do not republish it wholesale; quoting a passage with a link back is fine and welcome.
- The logo and the photograph of Abhishek Goyal are the business’s own assets.
- The illustrative breed photographs are licensed stock images from Unsplash. They show the type of dog under discussion and are not photographs of puppies offered here — each one is labelled as such in the page source.
- The short videos are embedded from a third-party YouTube channel and remain the property of whoever published them. They are not our footage and are not customer testimonials. Where they appear.
- Photographs of actual puppies, where they appear on the availability list, are ours.

Links out, and the site itself
- Links to other services. This site links out to WhatsApp and, if you press play, to YouTube. Those are run by other companies under their own terms, and we do not control them. What your browser contacts.
- Advice to ask elsewhere. Where we tell you to ask a vet, a groomer, your society or your municipal body, we are not endorsing any particular one and do not take a commission from anybody.
- The website may be unavailable. It is a small site and things break. Nothing time-critical should depend on it — if you need an answer, phone.
- Content changes. Pages are updated as things change, and the availability list is meant to change. An older screenshot of a page is not a commitment.

- A registered address for formal correspondence.
- Governing law and jurisdiction — which law applies and which courts would deal with a dispute.
- How a complaint is handled, and who to address it to.
